Old Brown Windsor soap was a favorite soap throughout the 1800s, and is said to have been a favorite of Napoleon and Queen Victoria, and to have accompanied Lewis and Clark on their expedition west. Old Brown Windsor's fragrance is a spice blend featuring an interesting combination of six essential oils, including caraway. The scent is both exotic and familiar.
Our formula for the fragrance is historially accurate and was taken from a period trade journal. Please visit our blog for the full story (February 25, 2014)
